Who needs an anatomy cheat sheet, when you’ve got your own body?!

living anatome is an educational program comprised of a series of classes that teach anatomy to medical students via yoga & Pilates. Each living anatome class explores the anatomy and movements of a specific region of the body, e.g. the back, upper extremity, etc. They all start with a Pilates-based warm-up, and end in the yoga Corpse pose (Savasana). A class typically lasts about 1 hour.

Nota bene: Video clips demonstrate class material to aid in your understanding & execution of the posted curriculum. Production quality reflects our best abilities at this juncture, and upgrades will be made as soon as possible!
